Movement disorder for baby
My baby is 7 months old. Birth weight1.94 kg. Present weight6.3 kg. Was having unusual movement in hand since past 5 days. Went to paedeiatric neurologist and they suspected evolving movement disorder. Eeg and mri brain is normal. In complete neuro ophthalmologist checkup, everything else is fine as per the neuro ophthalmologist but baby is not at all responding to monocular TAc cards. He is not even looking at the cards. They called us again to check monocular vision. Is this a problem if baby not at all looking at monocular TAC cards? Otherwise baby follows everything and as per dr retina and everything ok.

A good response to a TAC card is mandatory for monocular visual evaluation of infants .   As per your narration, your baby delivered prematurely with low birth weight. Some time cortical blindness is main pathology, not responding to TAC CARD test.
Next Steps
Baby needs to exclude any type of squinting of eye & amblyopia in eyes.
Health Tips
Regular ophthalmic check-up after 6 months is essential to rule out congenital anomalies of eyes .

Hello, it takes up to 9 months for some babies to understand the cards and look at them. Although keep regular eye check ups to see the effects of neuropathy issues for quick action.
Next Steps
Consult your doctor regularly.
