Any habits of smoking or gutka chewing? If yes, then you need to leave it and better show to an oral pathologist ( a speciality in the field of dentistry who have their expertise in diagnosing such cases) and then rendering proper treatment

A look at the clinical picture of the affected area will put us in a better position to give you a rational suggestion. A detailed chemical history about oral habits like tobacco usage and history of other medications also needs to be evaluated. Multivitamins and antioxidants are good for general Physical health and also maintain the integrity of oral tissues but do not cure dental problems, contrary to common belief. So they will have no role whatsoever in eliminating the white patches that have already formed. There can be multiple reasons for these white patches and proper clinical examination will help us to delineate the various options. You can post a clinical picture on Practo for an online consultation with a specialist. Regards.

White patches could be a fungal infection also. You have not provided any medical history if you are a diabetic etc.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist who will check clinically to diagnose what the white patches are.
