  4. Mouth ulcers. Are normal. please help.

Mouth ulcers
I am getting mouth ulcers from last 6 months during my menstruation. Painful sores on tongue and lips. Also I can feel acid reflux during this time. Vitamins levels are normal. Please help.

Most likely you are getting mouth ulcers due to acid reflux. Take an antacid like pantop along with b complex.
