Hello Sir/Ma'am......... Glad to talk with you...Actually my question is...How to treat and cure oral ulcers at home without any medicines..// I have white layer of ulcers in upper gums//. Dentist told that... I am lacking in vitamins... Hmmm vitamin deficiency.. Vitamin C and C.. So now i am drinking plenty of waters.. ,,Also. Taking nuts.... And taking 1 lemon a day.. ¡¡Sir it is common problem and it will. Heal automatically...¡¡..????? please suggest.... REGARDS...

avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables...I would suggest you to consult nearest physician for examination they will do the needful.

Good evening.Some times the reason for ulceration is vitamin and iron deficiency and sometime because of infection. Nutritional causes will improve by diet. Infection you will have to take medicines.
