Mouth ulcers
Hello all, I had an anal fissure two months ago which occurred due to constipation from traveling. It resolved after 15 days after which the constipation returned on March 15 and also the anal fissure. Both of them resolved in 2-3 days. However, since Wednesday I have developed 2 canker sores in the base of my gums which are tiny. What could this be? Could this be crohn's disease symptoms? Last December I had a c reactive protein test and fecal occult blood test both of which were negative and I had a sigmoodoscopy done in 2014 July which indicated anal fissure
