hello it could be apthous ulcer or vincents angina good oral hygeine anaesthetic mouth gel oral antibiotic under care of good paediatrician will do wonders bye

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Multiple ulcers in the mouth in such young age could be due to many reasons like vitamin deficiency, hand foot mouth disease, candidiasis, pemphigus, lichen planus. He will need clinical examination to diagnose the condition. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
