I have feeling since last 5-6 years in the early morning that I have mouth ulcer. But during the day while eating don't feel the same even while eating the spicy food. But since last one month I can feel the inflammation while eating the normal food also. Also since last one month the ulcer inflammation is very high I can feel throughout the day very promptly
