Hi doctor, My daughter is frequently getting affected by mouth ulcer, I don't how to treat them.. So can you please let me know the exact reason and treatment for it.. Please help me 🙏 doctor.

Most probably it is Apthous ulcers due to vitamin B12 deficiency.Supplement multivitamin syrup for 2 months . Improve diet with green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, and seasonal friuts. Apply Zytee drops 2 to 3 drops three times a day before food locally.
