Mouth Sore
Frequently appearing mouth sore on lower lips from inside and it's painful. It disappears after 3 weeks approx. Any permanent solution for this?

Hello sir, They many be stress ulcers ir apthous ulcers. Sometimes ulcers may also be due to gastrointestinal problems. Please apply dologel 3 times a day, gargling with luke warm water and salt. You can also take B complex tablets.

These appear to be stress ulcers or aphthous ulcers. They are increased by stress and in people with gastric problems. Unfortunately there is no permanent solution for this.
Next Steps
Apply dologel to the ulcer five minutes before food. If the ulcers are very large and painful, visit a dentist. Other medications can be prescribed after examining you.

First u need to  rule out Wat is the reason for  it . It can be due to lower water intake , constipation,  stress . Etc rule out that . Take care of that . It won't happen again n again then . Eat limce twice daily for 10 days n apply dologel .

Hi,take some vitamin B complex tablets once daily for a month,,if it doesnot subside then see a dentist in person.

Avoid hot,spicy,sharp foods for few days,donot brush lower teeth for few days.
