Hello Doctor my father aged 48 years male is known case of carcinoma left buccal mucosa he represented with c/o non healing ulcer over left cheek since 6 months. He underwent surgery along with 6 cycles of chemotherapy with cisplatin 45 mg.
Until now he is unable to open his mouth and felling to much pain what should we do please guide us
