Mouth cancer
Hello Doctor my father aged 48 years male is known case of carcinoma left buccal mucosa he represented with c/o non healing ulcer over left cheek since 6 months. He underwent surgery along with 6 cycles of chemotherapy with cisplatin 45 mg.
Until now he is unable to open his mouth and felling to much pain what should we do please guide us

If he received radiation or not?. Usually radiotherapy will produce mucositis. Slowly it will resolve. Sympatmatically treatment can be given. Meet your doctor
