Mouth and stomach burning

My mouth and lips has got burning dry and full of pimples inside mouth and on tongue and throat also and it all started after eating oranges with salty chips but why I am getting fatigue so much and same burning in stomach and other parts also like mouth. Is it due to nerve problems. Burning stomach is like the ones like I have drunk acid or how. Please suggest some home remedy. Heart palpitations also maybe due to taking kapikachu tablets or how. Taste has gone
