Please tell me what are the causes of alsar in mouth. I always get alsar at least 3 to 4 times in a year.  Please give some medication and also a permanent solution.

hi, ulcer has so many causes , metabolic disorder, trauma, vitamin deficiency,   take vitamin B complex tablets , have curd ,buttermilk , tender coconut,avoid coffee, hot spicy food items  if not solved by all these consult physician
