Firstly,give just 2 milk feeds,one of which should be top milk feed,using a spoon and katori and 4 solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
