Motion sickness
Every time I travel especially from a hill station by any vehicle, after some hours of travel I get nausea and strong feeling of vomiting. As soon as I get the feeling of vomiting my hands get starting to numb followed by my whole body. I feel senseless to my whole body and I feel like I'm get compressed and compressed. There comes a point where I feel like I'm gonna die so I have to move from seat and have to move here and there or get out of the bus or distract myself then I get some relaxed. But this feeling of numbness along with vomit is so bad that I have to think many a times before travelling. So please suggest why this happening and what are the remedies. Thanks
