Whenever asking questions, it is always better to give a bit more details; so that we can answer your queries better. Like , how old is your child? For how many days this problem is persisting? General health of child. i.e weight of baby. watch for dangers signs: not even taking water, not passed urine for 10 hours, blood in potty. if any of this child may need admission.
