Hello doctor my son is of 7months old he is suffering from loose motions from 2days only 2loose motions daily but today very loose motion and 3times a day ididnt gave any medication upto now some of them told to use furoxzone syurp but I am using sporlac powder for my baby can I use it for my 7months baby plz tell correction medication
