I have my 1st baby of 1 year old and she takes twice or thrice mother milk. Now, my wife is pregnant of 1 month. Is it harmful to feed mother milk to toddler while pregnant?
My baby does not sleep without her mother milk.
I need a genuine suggestion so that my toddler does not harm or even my wife or my upcoming baby. Dr. had suggested to try atoppibg mother milk slowly which look difficult to me

Lactation should be discontinued as it will impact the pregnancy and the fetus. Your wife ideally should plan for a next child after stoppage of lactation and also a gap of atleast 2-3 years
