My morphology is only 3%.is there any abnormality ?how to improve my morphology? is that severe?can u please suggest which doctor should i consult?is there any chance my wife get pregnent?

You need to meet an urologist or an andrologist . The morphology is less but the other parameters are also required to interpret the semen analysis correctly. So get another semen analysis report after 3 days of abstinence and consult the urologist .
