Morning Breathlesseness
Hello Doctor,
My father has recently underwent angioplasty, He has got Parkinson since 3 years and is under psychotic treatment as well.
He also has high BP and sugar for which he is getting treated with medicine
After Angioplasty , he is complaining about breathlessness and suffocation which persists for an hour in morning,However it gets settled eventually
Can you please suggest what can be done in this case

Hello,Breathlessness post angioplasty could be either drug induced itself mainly antiplatelet agents or it could be secondary to diastolic or systolic dysfunction. In my opinion you need to get an echocardiography and a clinical consult.
