Hello doctor I'm 7weeks pregnant I have twins....but from last two days I have lot of hungry through out the day I'm eating more but my stomach is totally empty..I can't even sleep with this hunger..please help me is there any problem

Having twins your demand and requirements are definitely more . But not from 7 weeks . Please check your blood sugar and HBA1c levels to check for diabetes
