More cough and fever

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My child on age 3 year 4 month friday got fever on 11 aug so the doctor has given 120 mg paracetamol syrup but the fever is rises again after 3 to 4 hours interval frequent cough so shown another doctor they had recommended as bronchities so go for nebulizing and amoxycyleine and salbutamol the fever reduced from 101 to 98 3 but coughing problem.

Well,the meds you mentioned are correct for bronchitis,which should respond immediately to nebulization. If not improving,reevaluation is recommended.
