Mood Swings During Period - I Am Having A Lot Of Mood Swings

I am having a lot of mood swings lately they are in literal extremes. I am sad at one moment for no reason and happy and excited in a span of 15-30 min this has happened pre and post my menstrual cycles and increased irritability during my menstruation. Please help me , If I need to pay attention to this? Also I dont feel like socializing much.
