If there is no pregnancy it's normal not to hv periods during lactation
The reason fr pain cud be calcium deficiency
Strt calcium supplements till ur lactating

Periods are not coming due to feeding but now you should take the medicine to induce your periods as it's almost 2 years now.
Consult orthopaedician for hand pain and take calcium and vitamin D supplements.
