For mys -Year old baby suffer from fever in every month .only his head will be burning ..hotnessvill beless in body than head..and always his head vill be too hot and used to- give paracetamol 6ml..but no relief , so I am giving HP.meftal,pls vill u help me by advising gud medicine...,
