I am facing issue in monthly cycle its expected to come between 20-24 but it didn't.it shows me symptoms but no result.

If you have been sexually active then do a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy ...other causes of delayed periods can be thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst, Polycystic ovarian syndrome etc
