Month long period. Pregnancy related.

Was having light flow for 28 days then it started bleeding heavily for 3 days with lumps but now it's  bloody with no clumps. Not facing any pain or other issues. It's been more than a month now it's not stopping. Never had such long period before. I am stressed. I am a IT professional who works for 10-11 hours a day. Last month too much work pressure I had with sleep disorder and eating disorder. I am scared now if this is anything serious. Cannot go to any doctor for scan because of the pandemic. Kindly suggest how can I stop this naturally and stop my bleeding. I am married for 4 years now never had any problem before.never had any pill. No sex since 7-8 months so it's not pregnancy related.
