Please visit your pediatrician again to understand the usage of the nasal spray. Wrong technique will not give any benefit .

Aim the spray nozzle towards the side of the nostril, away from the middle cartilage (not straight up or towards the ear), generally angled slightly outwards toward the lateral wall of the nasal passage.
