There are germs in my molar since my childhood & there are pain from a month & right now i don't want to go clinic because of covid-19.

You might be referring about decayed teeth. Take opg kind of x ray and consult a doctor online. They will guide you what to do. You can take some analgesic if there is pain for the time being. If the x ray shows less caries you cab go for fillings . In paining cases you need to do RCT or extraction according to your wish
