Molar pain
There are germs in my molar since my childhood & there are pain from a month & right now i don't want to go clinic because of covid-19.
So please suggest me the best medicine & treatment.

You might be referring about decayed teeth. Take opg kind of x ray and consult a doctor online. They will guide you what to do. You can take some analgesic if there is pain for the time being. If the x ray shows less caries you cab go for fillings . In paining cases you need to do RCT or extraction according to your wish

Decayed tooth will create more problems if left untreated. Doctors are following proper covid related protocols, so go ahead n visit dental clinic for your treatment.
You can take painkiller but it will give you temporary relieve only
Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day
Maintaine good oral hygiene

It’s safe to go to a Dentist. Dental operatories have all sterilisation protocols; prioritising patients comfort and safety. Dental caries is an irreversible process and progresses with time. The sooner you can visit a Dental clinic, the better.
After clinical examination, appropriate treatment can be suggested. For symptomatic pain relief which is a temporary resort, you can take Zerodol 100mg (twice/day) for 3 days

Don’t complicate your problems,
Go for opg xray to determine the extent of decay.
Cost of treatment will increase .
Dental clinic which are open now are taking full covid guidelines so don’t delay go ahead with treatment.

Decayed teeth if left untreated for long can cause big swelling and infection in the future. It would be best to visit a dental clinic that takes all COVID -19 precautions while treating patients and start the treatment.
If you decide not to do that, please opt for a video consultation with a dentist because it is not possible to prescribe medicines without seeing what is wrong.
