Ive been having mild chest pain on both sides for a few weeks now, accomponied by tender breast bones. worried to death and not sure when to seek immediate care.

Any chest pain needs to be investigated immediately as it can as dangerous as cardiac problem or as simple as choto chondritis .So u need to meet a physician fr auscultation of the chest n local.Examination .

Get an ecg to rule out cardiac pain chest x-ray to rule out any pleuritis or lung related issues if it is bilateral pain
