My daughter is 50 days old. Yesterday baby got vaccinated . Vaccine is IPV, OPV Penta and rotavirus. Since evening baby has fever 99-100 F ° . Baby is moaning. Fever is not decreasing

Can give Paracetamol drops
Every 4 to 6 hourly you can repeat give for today
Tomorrow if pain, fever is there you can continue giving paracetamol
Can put little bit ice over that area
If high grade fever, persisting for more than 2 days, meet paediatrician in person

Fever after vaccination is common. Don’t worry about that. Give paracetamol drops every 6Th hourly to decrease fever and pain at the injection site.
