Missing periods

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My wife regularly missing her periods.. For the past 3 months... First month she used tablet since our marriage date was same.. Next month it has gone 45days then she got her period..now it has gone over 50days she has got her periods.. We have checked and the results are negative.. Donno the reason behind it.. Before marriage she was getting her regular periods.. We got married on Aug 30 2020..kindly help us..
