Asked for Female, 27 Years

My period was due on 6 of May, however till date have not got periods. Also I have had unprotected sex on 6 of May only. Am I pregnant? As it is already 24 days above. However I conducted urine test at home which was negative and also went for HCG blood sample as per a gynaecologist advise however it was also negative. And during ultrasound also I am defected with Borderline PCOS. All these tests and ultrasound were conducted within a week of unprotected intercourse. What could be the possibility?

Get upt once if it's negative then take tab meperate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days and then wait for 2 weeks for periods
