Missing periods
Me and my partner had sex on 14th Feb and my regular cycle date is 23rd and also I had an ipill at night same day on 14th of feb but I have missed my periods but I'm having feeling like period started but when I check it dose not also I saw very minute drop of bleeding it was just one drop .should I do further diagnosis ? Or should I wait for my periods
