I've taken medicine for vaginal irritation one month ago. Can this b the reason for missing periods? Last period was at 27/4/2018

You have got last period on 27/4/18 or on 27/3/18.I think by mistake you have written 27/4/18.If married do pregnancy test and confirm for pregnancy.If negative consult to gynaecologist.
