I missed my periods its had to come 10 days back bt still there are no signs of periods i thought probably im pregnent bt i checkef my pregnency im nt pregnent also so kindly tell me what shoul i do?

delayed periods can be because of stess/change of place/hormonal change ...like thyroid or prolactin disorder. visit good gynecologist for further investigations to find out the cause n for management.
