Missing periods for a month

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi I got my periods in the month of may on 25th.so at that periodic stage I suffered with severe stomach ache where I contacted my doctor.she has given me a tablet named 'bustopan' and fir my vaginal virus gave cytral for a week and also told to use evecare tonic for 3months.I didnotget my period.and my pregnancy test was negative.kindly suggest
