Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am 24 years old. My last menstruation date was 17 April but this month I did not get my periods till now..me and my bf did oral sex on 1 and 2 may he came upon me but we both were wearing underwear but after that my panty was little wet. This month i was little stressful also because of family conditions and I also went for toothpaste pregnancy test with morning's second urine which was negative...what should be the possibile reason for missing periods
