I had my menses regularly but from a month or more i have missed it i do get those mood swings which comes during menses i too get abdominal pain

hi ! hormonal disturbances lead to many menstrual disorders, if this is the 1st time you have missed your period, wait and observe what changes you are getting, physiological stress and strain, loss of sleep, mental worries etc also cause delay in periods, if there are no such causes, go for usg abdomen, thyroids profile and consult a gynaecologist.
