Missed Periods since 3months

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I was diagnosed with PCOS 3yrs ago I had my periods last on the 1-6march, I had unprotected sex right after I haven't got my period since then My lower belly is very bloated, big I don't have signs of pregnancy I got 2 -ve pregnancy test the doctor has given me deviry 10mg, ovabless myo I have put on 2kg if I'm pregnant I won't be able to abort it
