As she is 19, sometimes due to anovulatory cycle also periods comes late. If she is sexually active then do urine pregnancy test. If not then wait for 10 days, periods will come. If not then meet gynaecologist. Some hormones like thyroid, prolactin etc also need to check if irregularity is often.

Hello, Is your sister sexually active? If the result is negative, she is unlikely to be pregnant and then consult a gynecologist to rule out other causes of missed periods. If the result is positive, she is likely to be pregnant and then consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
