My period got delayed this month for 4 days now. I confirm I was not in any physical intimacy. So reason must be I had heavy workouts, lot of stress..so its get late and its common in my case.
But this month I wanted it to come on time because I have plans...like I am going on vacation and I wanted to be cleaned up before leaving for vacation.
I tried every possible thing I could all home remedies, yoga exercise but nothng worked out well...
Is there any other way i can call my period within a day or two?
Appreciate safe advises, I dont want any complications either...
But if there is somethng I can try without any issue please let me know...please.
