Asked for Female, 21 Years

My girlfriend took ipill and she missed her periods and she took a urine pregnancy test on her periods due date and it was negative and after two weeks she repeated the test and it was negative again now she is experiencing brownish yellow vaginal discharge along with some cramps what does this mean!! Is this a sign of periods or something else!? Protected Intercourse -22nd Feb Ipill -23rd Feb Periods due date 13th March
