Missed periods, meprate not working.

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had unprotected sex on 27th April. My periods are irregular so I took meprate from 30th of April for 5 days (10mg) I haven't gotten my periods yet. I also have anemia (11)and I have gained weight and been a bit stressed. Pregnancy test taken (hpt) shows negative result. I have all symptoms of periods but still haven't started bleeding. How do I make sure I'm not pregnant
