Asked for Female, 23 Years

Me and my girlfriend had sex on the 9th and 10th of March which was apparently the day before her ovulation was predicted to start. She had her previous period on 27th of February. We used protection but actually trued to not use it once but didnt go through with it completely. To be on the safer side, she used an emergency pill as well. Now her period due was on 26-27th march but she still has not got it. And she has been having vaginal discharges and slight uterus uneasiness since yesterday. Please suggest what we should be doing.
