Relax. Pregnancy is known to occur when one doesnt want it. If you both are NOT wanting a pregnancy, it would be better to use a contraceptive at every act of sex.
regarding your query. You say your menses were due on 28sept. and you had sex after 15 days of last period.
This calculation is itself wrong. You have taken a chance with pregnancy. If your Urine Pregnancy test are negative.

DO a urine pregnancy test on early morning sample of urine, in a lab. DONT USE HOME Pregnency kits as many give false results. If the test is negative you are saved this time. But it may not happen in future. Better to decide between husband and wife and then finalise the contraception needed. You can use condoms, or oral pills for preventing pregnancy.
