Missed periods

Asked for Female, 26 Years

It's already 5days past after I missed periods.my legs are cramping I m faceing backaches and headaches as well.i have dermoid cyst in both sides of my ovary i.e 7.2cm from past one year but I never missed any peiods I always get periods on time but this Tim not got periods m trying to conceive can u please suggest should I test pregnancy???
