Asked for Female, 27 Years

Is it normal to have very less flow on first day of periods after not getting periods previous month and taking Meprate 5 day course for it? Pregnancy test negative but prolactin moderately high - 50, does Meprate increase prolactin? what can you do in diet to reduce prolactin? Will it reduce automatically in time with exercise and good diet?
