Asked for Female, 21 Years

I took i-pill on 21 Feb it was 4th day of my period.I got my period on 18th feb. In March I expected my periods on 18th march... I took a pregnancy test yesterday it is negative but I didn't get periods it is delayed by 5 days m worried...the test is not positive like I did it continues from 3 days it's negative so y m I not getting periods... I got spotting after a week talking ipill... Pls help
