I missed periods this month taken pregnancy tests thrice ..week after week and the test shows negative...what should i do ?

Get a blood test done- beta HCG. It is 100 percent confirmatory for pregnancy. If it's less than 5, it means no pregnancy. In that case, follow up with a doctor. It could be hormonal imbalance.
