I missed my periods it’s more than a month...I already checked the result is negative..suggest what to do.plz reply soon

U need to repeat a urine pregnancy test..if negative an ultrasound pelvis. Causes of delayed period cn be hormonal imbalance , pcos  , ovarian cysts , thyroid disorders..etc. So further management ll depend upon the diagnosis
